Girls Inc. of San Antonio is an affiliate of Girls Incorporated, a national non-profit organization that “Inspires all girls to be strong, smart and bold.” Girls Inc. develops researched-based, highly evaluated identity programs for girls ages 6-18 years. The programs focus on adolescent pregnancy prevention, substance abuse, violence prevention, leadership skills and money management. Girls Inc. partners with schools and community organizations to provide programs in a variety of neighborhoods with the San Antonio area.
